    Description

    Job Responsibilities:

    • General office management, including front desk management, customer service, and supply/inventory management
    • Active member in the onboarding of new staff and facilitation of hiring practices, including scheduling, screening, and logistics with potential hires. Assist with staff offboarding and act as an extension of HR
    • Assist the finance team with voucher database review, filing documentation and mailing payments
    • Will act as a critical member of internal operations and external logistics
    • Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource functions including but not limited to assist with open benefit enrollment, staff wide communications, office productivity and efficiency, office technology, occupational health and facility safety management
    • Support an engaged, diverse, and effective culture in collaboration with senior staff; support open communication with employees and managers, assist with organizing and supporting staff activities to enhance staff morale
    • Supports the Director of Operations with HR management as necessary
    • Assist in the staff evaluation and performance review process with scheduling, record retention, and expectations.
    • Provide overall general support to run the office, including reception, visitors, space management, walk-in applicants, catering needs, and managing phone inquiries.
    • Manage successful workflow of equipment purchases. Vendor relationship management, including building management.
    • Support Director of Operation with office technology needs including troubleshooting, ordering parts, managing inventory, and general problem solving.
    • Support other teams with events, meeting scheduling, catering needs, and larger mailings projects.
    • Other general administrative and office management task as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required. The Degree may be substituted for equivalent HR experience.
    • Bilingual, speaking Spanish and English
    • At least one year of Human Resource generalist experience preferred, including handling highly confidential information such as pay rates, purchase orders, credit card management, and employee benefits.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
    • Document/contract reviewing experience preferred
    • Knowledge of HR systems (ADP or Paychex)
    • Ability to thrive in an ethnically diverse environment
    • Flexibility in a fast-paced work environment
    • Strong service orientation toward ICIRR director and staff, including troubleshooting and problem solving.
