    Description:

    The Clinical Coordinator has two major areas of responsibility as follows:

    1. To assist and assume (when needed) the program responsibilities of the Program Director in the event of his/her absence.
    2. Perform general case management duties, providing supportive counseling and social services to a small caseload.

    In addition, the Clinical Coordinator provides staff supervision.

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a human services related field with five (5) years working experience in a related field or
    • Master’s degree in human services (MSW preferred) with two (2) years’ working experience with target population (i.e. adult homeless/mentally ill/ MICA/ substance abuse).

    Supervisory experience required. Candidate must demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills, and must have good computer skills.

    Physical Requirements/ Limitations:

    Candidates for this position must be able to access apartments above first floor, must be able to travel to different locations within the community, and must be able to demonstrate proper cleaning and apartment maintenance methods to clients/ residents of the program.

    Schedule: Office hours are Monday through Friday; 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

    The Clinical Coordinator may be required to report earlier or work later hours depending on specific assignments or supervisory responsibilities.
