    The ICCT is seeking a Talent Coordinator for our Washington, DC office.

    The Talent Coordinator plays a vital role in ICCT's Human Resources team, primarily focusing on recruitment activities, while supporting employee development initiatives. Reporting to the HR Manager in our Washington, DC office, this position manages the full recruitment lifecycle, coordinates new hire onboarding, and maintains essential HR programs including our Buddy Program and Brownbag learning series.     About the Role

    As our Talent Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in growing and supporting our global team. This position focuses primarily on recruitment (85%) while supporting employee development initiatives (15%), requiring someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at juggling multiple priorities.

    You Will:

    • Drive full-cycle recruitment support: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
    • Manage our signature Buddy Program for new employee integration
    • Coordinate employee development initiatives including our Brownbag learning series

      Maintain recruitment metrics and HR data systems

      • Support diversity recruitment initiatives

        Assist with benefits administration and general HR functions

        You Have:

        • Associate's degree (AAS) in HR, Business, or related field
        • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR support roles
        • Strong organizational and administrative skills
        • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality

          Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems

          • Outstanding communication skills
          • Experience with data management and reporting

            Our Benefits  

            This full-time position will be based in our Washington, DC office and offers a salary of $64,500. We offer an excellent benefits package, including health insurance, substantial paid vacation, retirement contribution with a generous 7% employer contribution, transportation subsidies, and other benefits.
