    About College Track

    College Track is a comprehensive college completion program that equips students from underserved communities to be the first in their families to graduate with a bachelor’s degree. We do this by offering a holistic, asset-based program that invests in each of our scholars over the course of 10 years: from high school, to college, through the launch of their careers. In 1997, our organization began with 25 students in East Palo Alto. Today, we serve nearly 5,000 alumni and scholars. Our 12 centers for high school students are located in underserved communities across California, Colorado, Louisiana and the D.C. Metro Area. Our college scholars are on higher education campuses across the nation, and our alumni community is 1,100 and growing. To learn more, please visit www.collegetrack.org.

    Position Overview

    The Executive Site Director for College Track New Orleans will be a transformative leader, driving the success and growth of the program while ensuring the site’s alignment with College Track’s mission to advance educational equity. This position offers an opportunity to make a profound impact on scholars, families, and the broader New Orleans community through visionary leadership, strategic collaboration, and operational excellence.

    As the face of College Track in New Orleans, the Executive Site Director will be responsible for cultivating and strengthening partnerships with key stakeholders, including schools, nonprofit organizations, philanthropic partners, and civic leaders. A deep connection to and understanding of New Orleans’ communities is essential, enabling the Executive Site Director to represent and engage authentically with the city’s diverse voices.

    The ideal candidate is a builder and innovator, with a demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams, develop community relationships, and drive organizational goals. They will design and execute a strategic vision that fosters scholar success, inspires team performance, and elevates College Track’s presence and impact in New Orleans.
