    Description

    The Advancement Associate is a part-time, remote-work position consisting of approximately 25 hours per week. The Advancement Associate is part of the Advancement Team, reporting to the Director of Admission and Advancement. The Advancement Assistant also works with the Business Manager.

    The primary roles and responsibilities of the position are as follows:

    • Enter gift and donor information in Raiser’s Edge while maintaining data integrity and consistency.
    • Working closely with the Director of Admission and Advancement, developing reports, queries, and gift tracking systems as needed.
    • Generate donor profiles, giving reports, and other data sets on a quarterly basis and as needed.
    • Assist with prospect research.
    • Assist with the stewardship process.
    • Assist with planning and implementing donor visits, board meetings and other events as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience with CRM or other database system in an educational or non-profit setting
    • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Track record of meeting deadlines and being detail oriented
    • Ability to deal with confidential materials with discretion
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities at once given the small size of the organization and advancement team
