    Job Description

    The Fedcap Group is the parent company for a growing group of over 20 top-tier, nonprofit agencies, each with its own Board of Directors. As Governance Board Liaison, you’ll coordinate between the individual Boards, Business Unit leadership, and Fedcap Group corporate staff. Reporting to Fedcap’s Audit & Compliance Officer, you will ensure effective communication, meeting coordination and documentation, and compliance with governance policies so that Board governance operates smoothly.

    Your Responsibilities Will Include:

    • Evaluating and implementing improvements to the process of managing Board governance information and systems.
    • Ensuring that Business Unit leaders schedule all Board meetings and upload all Board materials to the board management system on a timely basis.
    • Maintaining an accurate and precise Board member list for all Business Units and coordinating between Business Unit leadership and Fedcap corporate staff regarding any proposed changes in Board membership.
    • Tracking deliverables ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Tracking Board member conflicts of interest disclosures to maintain compliance with organizational and legal requirements.
    • Maintaining strict confidentiality of all private and sensitive information.

    You're a great fit for this role if you have:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum two years of experience working with executive leadership.
    • Experience in project management preferred.
    • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and Monday.com (or similar). Experience with Board Effect or other Board management software highly desirable.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail with ability to adapt to changing situations, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team.
    • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

    Job Type

    Part time, 20-25 hours/week. Additional hours when needed.
