    Description

    We are seeking a passionate and organized Digital Inclusion Coordinator to lead initiatives that promote digital equity and broadband access for underserved communities. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the community, manage digital literacy programs, and identify solutions to expand broadband infrastructure and usage.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assess wireless coverage and broadband access in the community to identify gaps in connectivity.
    • Map local technology and community assets to address digital literacy challenges.
    • Develop and implement solutions to close knowledge and access gaps.
    • Design and implement digital inclusion programs, focusing on broadband access, affordability, and digital literacy training.
    • Collaborate with community partners to promote awareness of broadband and digital literacy resources.
    • Analyze program data to measure impact, identify areas for improvement, and generate reports.
    • Provide technical assistance and support to community organizations implementing digital inclusion initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Information Technology, Education, or a related field (preferred).
    • 2+ years of experience in digital inclusion, community technology, or a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of broadband infrastructure and digital literacy challenges.
    • Certifications in a related field, such as GIS, are preferred.
    • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.

    Salary is $50,000.00 annually.

    This position is on-site and part-time, 25 hours per week.
