As our Senior Leadership Coach, you will facilitate workshops so our scholars are supported and empowered to tackle high school life and apply for college. Day to day, you will prepare for workshops, facilitate programming for scholars, and track and analyze student data. To thrive in this job, you must have experience working with high school or middle school students from underserved communities.

• You have experience and comfort facilitating workshops for groups of students
• You are adept at building trusting relationships with students from diverse backgrounds
• You have experience coaching and working one-on-one with students

• You are excited about working a 100% In Person with our scholars. You’d be expected in the office 11:00-7:00 Monday-Friday.

Compensation: This position is Full-Time, Non-Exempt. The full compensation range for a Senior Leadership Coach in Denver, CO is $25.48/hour-$34.47/hour or $52,989-$71,691 / Year with the exact compensation depending on experience. As someone new to this role at College Track, you can expect an offer between $29.52/hour-$30.87/hour or $61,405- $64,210 /Year to ensure internal equity while leaving room for compensation growth during your time with us.
