    FSC Investments & Partnerships (FSC I&P) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive senior-level Executive Coordinator to support the organization’s daily operations and executive team. This position plays a key role in helping our nonprofit organization function smoothly by supporting internal coordination, assisting executives, scheduling, managing data, and cultivating relationships.

    Position Summary

    The Senior Executive Coordinator will provide operational and scheduling support to the Executive Director and broader team, facilitate internal meeting logistics, maintain essential documentation, and coordinate day-to-day administrative needs. This role includes support for donor relationship management (CRM tasks, data entry, Salesforce upkeep) and communication with internal and external stakeholders.     Core Duties and Responsibilities

    Administrative & Executive Support

    • Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and senior team members, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel as needed.
    • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound scheduling and operational questions.
    • Organize internal team meetings, retreats, and virtual/in-person gatherings, ensuring agendas and logistical details are in place.

    Meeting Coordination & Documentation

    • Coordinate regular internal and cross-departmental meetings: send invites, prepare and distribute agendas, take detailed meeting minutes, and ensure follow
    • up on action items.
    • Maintain clean documentation for recurring meetings, project timelines, and staff collaboration spaces (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Asana, etc.).

    CRM & Donor Support

    • Enter and update donor and partner data in Salesforce, ensuring contact records and activity logs are current and accurate.
    • Support the cultivation of external relationships by preparing briefing documents, coordinating follow-ups, and maintaining contact records.
    • Assist in research for donor or partner profiles.

    Required Qualifications

    • At least two years of relevant experience in nonprofit administration, executive support, and/or project coordination roles
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interface professionally with a range of internal and external stakeholders
    • Attention to detail with demonstrated accuracy in data entry and documentation
    • Commitment to FSC I&P’s mission and values, including forest conservation, climate action, and social equity

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
    • Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising processes, donor engagement, and event coordination.
    • Interest or background in sustainability, environmental management, and international development.
    • Strong research skills
    • Experience supporting remote teams and/or working in a multicultural and international environment.
    • Spanish or French proficiency is a plus.

    Compensation & Benefits: 

    The compensation for this position is commensurate with experience and in the range of 50,000 to 70,000 annually based on a 40-hour work week.     Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

    FSC I&P is based in Seattle, Washington, and applicants who currently or plan to live there will be prioritized. Local staff have a hybrid set-up, with full access to an office in a co-working space in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle.

    The employee will spend most working hours in an indoor office environment and may be subjected to moderate noise. This position will require occasional travel to internal or external events, which may be indoors or outdoors. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to sit, stand, or speak for extended periods of time and spend full days using their hands to operate a computer. The employee will need to occasionally work hours that accommodate colleagues in time zones around the world.
