    Core Responsibilities

    • Be a welcoming and responsive point of contact for families to field basic program inquiries, provide program registration support, track the submission of required forms, make modifications to enrollment, collect payments and process scholarship awards.
    • Synthesize enrollment information gathered from families into meaningful and timely reports to field staff for each program.
    • Build out registration for each program on CampBrain, our registration software, while tracking and integrating modifications and improvements from previous seasons.
    • Provide HR administrative support by maintaining staff rosters and schedules on Homebase, our time tracking software, and processing background checks.
    • Research new technological solutions to meet emergent operations & program needs and support our transition to new systems.
    • Openly receive and filter feedback from staff and families in order to improve the functioning of the Administrative Team and to co-create an organizational culture built on mutual trust, respect, open communication, and shared accountability.
    • Commit to the evolution and transformation of Two Coyotes’ organizational culture and programs by participating actively in our organizational partnership with CEIO.

    Who You Are

    • You are highly organized and effective at time and project management. You gain great satisfaction from accomplishing tasks and tying up loose ends. You also understand that perfection is not possible.
    • You are most focused and effective when working on a computer and you also want to see the real impact of your work in the field.
    • You bring 3+ years of experience working in collaborative work environments in an office setting.
    • You believe that relationships are at the heart of everything we do. You know what kind of conversations are best held in person, over the phone or via email.
