The Case Manager will work with one attorney to provide coordinated case management services addressing children’s needs apart from immigration. This includes case management assessment for social services, placing emphasis on multi-causal processes for Individual Success Plans, such as physical, emotional, and social factors that may impede progress or access to resources.
The Case Manager works under the direct supervision of a Case Management Supervisor and works collaboratively with one attorney to meet all program requirements and objectives. Due to the collaboration between case management and the attorney providing the same children with legal services under confidentiality, the Case Manager will not be a mandated reporter.
