About the Role:
We are seeking a self-motivated, resourceful, and passionate individual who thrives in an independent, fast-paced environment and is deeply committed to supporting young adults (18-24) experiencing homelessness or aging out of foster care. This role requires someone who can manage a caseload with minimal supervision, think creatively to solve problems, and navigate complex systems to connect young people with the resources they need to thrive.
The Young Adult Housing Case Manager will provide outreach, direct support, and intensive coaching to young adults on the North Shore who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. This role is ideal for someone with a youth-first, housing-first mindset, who believes in meeting young people where they are and is dedicated to empowering them to achieve stability and long-term success.This position is more than just case management—it’s about building trust, advocating for youth, and finding innovative solutions to ensure that young adults facing housing instability have the support, guidance, and opportunities they deserve.
This position is a part-time, hourly position ($23.00 per hour).
