    Description

    Assist the Teacher/Director with administrative tasks for program compliance for early childhood educational center.

    Qualifications:

    Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Must be completely knowledgeable of Microsoft Office and technologically savvy.

    Previous administrative support in an employment capacity a field related to Social, Human, or Family Services with a minimum of one (1) year administrative support experience in social services or in a related field.

    Bi-lingual skills a plus.

    Valid community First Aid and CPR card (or acquired within one year of employment.

    General Responsibilities:

    Participate in staff meetings, conferences, training sessions and workshops as assigned. Attend Policy Council meetings and other meetings as requested.

    Demonstrate familiarity with employment policies, performance standards, work plan and objectives of the Agency.

    Maintain congenial and respectful relations with staff, children, families and community.

    Keep current and accurate records, and a well-kept filing system

    Maintain confidentiality in regards to staff and family information.
