POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the CFO, the Financial Analyst is crucial in advancing I-House's mission by supporting financial sustainability and improving decision-making processes. We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to perform various financial planning and analysis tasks including budgeting, data analysis, modeling, forecasting, and providing insights into the financial operations of I-House.
The scope of the job responsibilities includes interacting with other I-House departments. The Financial Analyst's goal is to help departments and the organization develop budgets, analyze performance metrics, forecast effects of strategy scenarios, and find areas for improvements in financial performance. using a variety of methods and techniques.
The ideal candidate will have a background in nonprofit finance or accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to supporting the mission of International House.
