    Description

    We’re looking for an IT Support Intern to assist our team in troubleshooting software and hardware-related issues. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support, learn from experienced professionals, and develop the skills needed for a career in technology.

    Responsibilities:

      • Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
      • Provide technical support to employees via email, chat, or in-person assistance.
      • Help with the setup and configuration of new computers, printers, and mobile devices.
      • Support IT staff in maintaining system updates, security patches, and software installations.
      • Document technical issues, resolutions, and common troubleshooting steps for future reference.
      • Assist in inventory management of IT assets, including tracking equipment and software licenses.

    What We’re Looking For:

      • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
      • Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software applications.
      • Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware components, network connectivity, and system configurations.
      • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
      • Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset.
