    Description

Our organization's mission has been to provide preventative public healthcare and education to under-resourced and rural communities in South India. We are looking for international interns to spend a minimum of 4 weeks in India working on initiatives for public outreach around women and girl's health, hygiene education and COVID-19 related education.

On a typical week, interns will work with our office staff understanding templates and project goals and also go into the field to engage with local communities directly. This mix of office and field work will allow interns to both take on an observational role in the beginning of the internship and an active role deploying the action items set forth by the local team.

As an organization we have been providing healthcare related programs since 2002 and love the perspective that international talent can add to the work we already doing on the ground.

    Requirements:

    • 18 and over
    • Fluent in English
    • Have background related to the above mentioned description
    • Be able to live and work in India for a minimum of 4 weeks
