    Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10 AM – 3 PM (some flexibility available)

    About the Opportunity

    As a Marketing Intern, you’ll help develop strategies, create content, and engage with audiences while supporting the promotion of Sattya’s diverse programs and initiatives. This role provides an opportunity to gain practical marketing experience while connecting with the arts and culture scene.

    Responsibilities

    Strategy Development:

    • Collaborate with the Sattya team to create and implement marketing strategies.
    • Identify key audiences and craft campaigns to effectively engage them.

    Content Creation & Management:

    • Manage Sattya’s social media platforms, creating and scheduling posts.
    • Work with a graphic designer to develop visually appealing marketing materials.

    Campaigns & Promotions:

    • Plan and execute campaigns to promote events, workshops, and other initiatives.
    • Develop partnerships with organizations to expand Sattya’s reach.
    • Assist in creating promotional content for Sattya’s services.

    Community Engagement:

    • Build and maintain relationships with local artists, creators, and organizations.
    • Engage with Sattya’s audience through social media by responding to messages and comments.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • A strong understanding of marketing strategies, audience engagement, and digital tools.
    • Experience with social media platforms, email marketing, and content creation.
    • Familiarity with basic design tools like Canva (or a willingness to learn).
    • Ability to analyze metrics and adjust campaigns to improve performance.
