    Description

Would you like to be part of a global movement of changemakers?

Catalyst Now is a dynamic global movement of social innovators transforming systems and driving sustainable change to advance the UN Sustainable Development Goals worldwide.

Our mission is to co-create spaces where the world’s social innovators connect, collaborate and contribute to transformational change.

    Our Vision for 2025- 2029

As we stand at the threshold of 2025, our world faces unprecedented challenges – a polycrisis that spans from climate change and conflicts to deep-rooted inequalities. Yet, in this landscape of complexity, we at Catalyst Now see immense opportunity to act differently and achieve the changes we stand for. Our journey, which began as a WhatsApp group of visionary social entrepreneurs, has evolved into a global movement of over 5,400 members representing more than 3,700 organizations across 144 countries.

Build and Maintain the Movement of Social Innovators

The Catalyst Now Membership Team is responsible for guiding and supporting the movement, identifying potential members for Catalyst Now and facilitating their active engagement. In the Selection & Onboarding team, we are focused on streamlining the membership application process, onboarding new members and on shifting consciousness to embody Catalyst Now’s values in the community.

    About the role

This internship position is crucial to our goal of supporting our fast-growing, global movement of social innovators. We are looking for an outstanding candidate who has great attention to details, excellent communication skills and who can seamlessly run processes and projects. You are a team player, ready to work across our secretariat departments and engage with our membership to support the growth of our network. You are finalising or have completed your academic studies. You will report to the Membership Selection and Onboarding Coordinator and to the Membership Facilitator.

    • Update and prepare overviews, membership data analysis and reports using digital tools such as Salesforce*, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Coordinate and support internal and external activities and meetings as well as partners’ communications via email
    • Collaborate with other teams across the Catalyst Now Secretariat
    • Support the organisation of the monthly, cross network General Assembly
    • Salesforce is a customer relationship management platform

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, passionate about communicating with people and building trustful relationships
    • Proven organisational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment across time zones
