Join us in Bangalore, India and nearby rural areas to learn and practice Ayurveda through our institute and charity. Ayurvedic medicine is a holistic science being practiced in India for thousands of years. Our team of teachers, doctors, therapists and community health experts work across clinics, universities and hospitals to provide Ayurvedic treatment and education to thousands of patients in under-resourced communities around South India.
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to:
- proctor Ayurveda classes in various subjects
- assist in the clinic, hospital and other in-field centers
- interact with patients and providers
- spend time learning about medicinal herbs
- mix Ayurvedic oils and formulas
- advise the charity on how to grow it's mission for spreading Ayurvedic knowledge and well-being
Location: Bangalore, India
Open to interns from around the world, over 18 years old
Minimum time commitment: 4 weeks
