Digital Marketing Internship in Peru with a UK Charity (Accommodation & Food included)

Role: Digital Marketing Intern

Location: Cusco, Peru Job Type: Internship Contract Length: 3 to 6 Months Start Date: Start dates year round

Requirements:

• Fluent spoken and written English
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Knowledge of best SEO practices
• Experience in digital marketing (web content and social media)
• Numerate, well organised and with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality
• Flexible team player with the energy and enthusiasm required to work in the charity sector
• A commitment to Globalteer’s Code of Conduct and Child Protection Policy
• Minimum age of 18 years old
• Team player but also comfortable working independently

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Social media adverting
• Google adwords creation
• Investigating new marketing opportunities
• Employing strategies for all of Globalteer’s advertising, marketing, and social media platforms alongside our Marketing Strategist
• Ensure best SEO practices are being employed on Globalteer’s website and social media platforms
• Schedule and post content to each of our social media channels
• Communicating and coordinating with Globalteer’s content creators, local projects, volunteers and partners to create unique, intriguing content with the proper messages
• General administration within the marketing and media department

1. 5-hour work week

• Other duties as assigned in support of Globalteer’s charitable objectives
