    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Grants Management Intern will support the Grants Management team within the Philanthropies Department, especially through enhancing data available in the Fluxx grants management database.

    Hours Per Week: 20- 35 hours a week | Tuesday- Thursday (Flexible Schedule) | Pay Rate: $20 an hour

    To be considered you must be a student enrolled in an undergraduate program. The Internship will run from June 2nd, 2025- August 1st, 2025.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Analysis of grants to code along predetermined dimension in the grants management database (Fluxx)
    • Assistance as needed on other projects that arise

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ACTIVITIES

    • Attention to detail and time management skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
    • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills

    REQUIRED AND PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND CREDENTIALS

    • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in a accredited university/college
    • Demonstrated interest in philanthropy and grantmaking
