Child Development Careers Trainee

Description:

Begin a meaningful career supporting children with disabilities through our 12-week Child Development training program, designed to provide you with the essential skills, education, and experience to launch a lifelong career in Child Development.

Pay: $100.00 per week ($1,200 total)

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Program Requirements:

• • No felonies or misdemeanors
  • Speak, read, and write English
  • Be able to pass a background and drug test
  • Provide Valid Right to Work Documents California A ID and SSC, DACA, or Work Permit)
  • Education level less than 20 college credits
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to commute

Training:

• • Schedule: 12 weeks, Hybrid Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm, once a week virtual, and four times a week in-person at Hope Builders Santa Ana

  • Articulate components of a Behavioral Intervention Plan
