    The ICCT is seeking a highly motivated and committed intern for our Beijing office, working to support the high-quality development of China’s electric vehicle charging infrastructure network.

    You Will:

    • Contribute to research projects related to the high-quality development of China’s EV charging infrastructure network
    • Conduct technical analysis under the guidance of ICCT’s research staff
    • Support report writing and outreach material preparation
    • Complete ad-hoc tasks and other duties as assigned

    You Have:

    • Undergraduates in their last year of school or graduate students, preferably with a major in Electrical Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Environmental Science & Engineering, or Computer Science
    • Knowledge of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, electric power systems, and vehicle-grid integration, and experience with relevant projects is preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Proficiency in programming languages/software such as Python
    • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English
    • Availability to work 3-5 days per week, ideally for at least 30 hours per week, with a duration of at least 6 months

    Our Benefits

    The internship will be based in the ICCT Beijing office and will have a duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extending it longer. The ICCT will provide a laptop and other office equipment as needed. We are offering a salary of CNY ¥4,000 a month (30 hours a week), or an amount proportional to the workload allowed by your university.
