    Description

    Our client, a national association for higher education institutions in the field of nursing, has an immediate need for a Marketing and Outreach Manager for their common application system. This is a direct hire opportunity.

    Primary Responsibilities include:

    • Managing the digital marketing initiatives and is responsible for developing and managing CRM campaigns for student applicants.
    • Maintaining the website and leads digital recruitment efforts to drive growth for the national applicant pool.
    • Managing the annual virtual student fair and supports student recruitment initiatives.
    • Developing marketing initiatives to support participation by schools.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field is preferred. Equivalent training and work experience may be substituted for some positions.
    • Minimum of 3 years of administrative or coordinator experience, preferably in higher education or an association.
    • Background with web-based technology and higher education preferred, specifically with admissions, enrollment management, recruitment, membership, or constituent relations.
    • Demonstrated success with leveraging digital marketing initiatives to grow engagement. Experience with CRM platforms, database and website management (WordPress or similar), and social media. Strong writing and editing skills for mass communications are required.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Suite. Experience with using design and photo software, Higher Logic, or EMP is preferred.
    • Experience with using a centralized or common application system (CAS/WebAdMIT), as well as other higher education admissions software products, is preferred.
    • Additional qualifications include excellent written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking, project management, problem-solving, attention to detail, and self-starter skills. A strong work ethic, and an ability to multi-task and prioritize projects while working independently. Must be flexible and collaborative and have strong interpersonal skills.

    This organization offers a hyrbid work environment at their downtown, DC office. The organization works a 35-hour work week with 7.5-hour workdays Monday-Thursday and a 5-hour workday on Friday. The office closes at 2:00 pm on Fridays.

    Salary information:

    Perm: $65k-75k
