    Description

    Global Impact - Human Resources Associate – HR & Administration

    You’ll primarily be responsible for supporting the HR & Administration team at Global Impact. The Human Resources Associate provides support with benefits, document creation, onboarding, recruitment, and increasing our services capacity for the organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist the Director of Talent to provide support for recruiting: posting vacancies, connecting with candidates, scheduling interviews, reference checking and offer letter creation
    • Assists the Director, Payroll & Benefits with payroll related contribution updates and other payroll related duties
    • Coordinate onboarding for New Hires
    • Assisting with payroll state registration
    • Provides support with HRIS system updates and benefits
    • Updates and manages the HR file library and personnel files
    • Creates, tracks, and updates the HR calendar of activities
    • Conducts research on HR issues when needed
    • Creating reports and presentations as needed
    • Provides administrative support for office events and, on occasion, coordinates event logistics and execution

    Qualifying for this role means you have a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (preferred) with prior experience in Human Resources. You possess a high emotional IQ with the ability to maintain confidentiality. You have expertise in MS Office and strong project management and organizational skills. You excel in cross-functional communication, with highly effective written and oral communication skills. You demonstrate a customer service focus, caring interpersonal skills, and agility in responding to requests for quick action. You bring great attention to detail, take initiative, and are skilled in problem-solving, ensuring a solution-focused approach in all situations.

    Working at Global Impact

    • This is a full-time, hybrid position with 1

    2 days required in the Washington, DC headquarters location for team meetings and in-office support. Visa sponsorship is not available.

    The salary range is $46,000 - $48,500, depending on the experience you have. On top of the competitive salary that we are offering, you’ll receive 16 paid holidays and 25 paid days off.
