    Global Impact – Associate – Client Services

    Are you an excellent problem solver with strategic thinking skills and the ability to anticipate client needs?     We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates the ability to:

    • Maintain service delivery across a portfolio of Employee Assistance Fund (EAF) and grantmaking clients. This includes reviewing applications, meeting application deadlines and maintaining communication with client managers.
    • Cultivate positive relationships with EAF and grantmaking clients to enable the on-time completion of applications and timely response for program updates.
    • Work on strategic planning and taking the lead in creating materials needed for meetings (demonstrations, updated dashboards, presentation decks, etc.).
    • Leverage existing communication tools to ensure current EAF and grantmaking clients are aware of Global Impact broader services.
    • Manage databases and information systems as required (SharePoint, Asana, WizeHive, etc.)
    • Maintains and understands policies, procedures and requirements for workplace giving campaigns, Employee Assistance Funds, and overall grantmaking offering.

    Qualifying for this role means you have associates degree-level work and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You have a proven ability to manage workstreams and deadlines, assisting the team with moving processes forward while remaining organized. Anticipating future needs is a skill you possess. You’re familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and confident in your ability to work on new platforms. Experience with grant management software and donor databases is a plus! Bilingual and multilingual skills are preferred.

    Working at Global Impact

    Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States for more than one year. Visa sponsorship is not available. This is a full-time position that has the potential to be fully remote. Local employees are in a hybrid work model, with 1-4 days per month in our Washington, DC headquarters office.

    The salary range is $40,600. - $45,000. depending on the experience you have.
