    Description

    The Choice is managing a long-term contract opportunity for our client, a prominent conservation/environmental advocacy foundation.

    The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

    • At least one year of licensing experience within a non-profit or legal setting with familiarity in non-profit partnerships.
    • 4+ years of experience in account management, client services, or project management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage, review, and track product design, packaging, and approval processes for assigned licensing partners.
    • Analyze and monitor revenue growth within the licensing portfolio, negotiating and managing license renewals.
    • Support the development of strategic recommendations for portfolio growth and licensing program enhancements.
    • Coordinate onboarding processes with new licensees and distribute related onboarding materials.
    • Maintain and organize licensee samples and ensure proper documentation storage.
    • Assist in reviewing deal memos and managing the contracting process for new partnerships.
    • Prepare regular status reports, update program summaries, track program submissions, and manage partner invoicing.
    • Maintain the online licensing portal, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

    The role is a contract position slated to start asap and last until September 2025. There could be the possibility of a longer-term scenario, however for now it is just through September 2025. The schedule is 40 hours per week, with flexible hybrid options (minimum two days in the office per week). The office is very walkable to all Metro lines in downtown DC.

    Salary: $30-32/hr
