Director of Development
La Colaborativa

Drive sustainable growth to support a Latina-led organization's mission of empowering Latinx immigrants and families. In partnership with Lindauer, La Colaborativa is seeking a Director of Development to play a vital role guiding strategic oversight of all fundraising, marketing, and communications efforts. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, this senior-level position is responsible for shaping and implementing La Colaborativa's overall vision and strategy for growth, driving fundraising initiatives, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the organization.With a focus on growth and innovation, the Director will work closely with the EVP and other key leadership team members to build a diversified fundraising operation that supports La Colaborativa's expanding mission to empower the Latinx community in Greater Boston.
In this role, you will:
- Design and execute an annual fundraising plan to raise $9.5 million for general operations and programs.
- Develop and implement creative fundraising strategies that grow revenue streams
- Oversee prospect research, grant writing, and submission of competitive, high-quality proposals.
- Lead the marketing and communications strategy to maximize donor engagement across digital platforms, social media, and public relations.
- Supervise and collaborate with Grants Manager on all grant-related functions.
