Wide Sky Consulting, Inc. (WSC) is a growing nonprofit consulting firm specializing in grant development and program development services. WSC is looking for an experienced, professional grant writer to develop proposals that are compelling, thought-provoking, and inspiring. Candidates will be adept at proposal and report writing, budgeting, and prospect research.

The ideal candidate has an iron-clad work ethic. You treat every project like you’re up for a literary award.“Dialing it in” is not part of your vocabulary, and you wouldn’t think of missing a deadline. You are a self-starter with strong research skills that you use to develop compelling narratives. The idea of working from home while helping nonprofits provide life-changing services thrills you. You are adept at understanding and crafting budgets and have years of experience in the nonprofit world.

Experience

At least two years of grant writing experience. Direct service experience within a nonprofit is preferred.
