The Campus Planning and Development Team at the Oregon Zoo is seeking a Senior Management Analyst who is able to perform a range of complex technical and administrative duties including research, analysis, evaluation, report writing, meeting facilitation, presentations, financial and contract management compliance, financial analysis and reporting, accounts payable compliance and invoice payments, program records management, construction project assistance, and office administration. This position with capital projects funded by the 2024 general obligation bond which span across public spaces, live animal habitats, and interpretive exhibits. The role demands strong project management skills, effective community engagement, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including zoo staff, external contractors, local government, and community members.
In this role you will coordinate the Oregon Zoo Bond Citizens’ Oversight Committee and Oregon Zoo Public Art Advisory Committee to maintain inclusive and community-centered participation. Contribute to the successful implementation of the zoo’s capital projects funded by the 2024 general obligation bond, ensuring transparency for all stakeholders and will report to the Director of Campus Planning & Design.

COMPENSATION, BENEFITS AND REPRESENTATON
The full-salary range for this position is step 1 $76,835.20 to step 7 $103,064.00. However, unless a candidate’s qualifications justify, based on the Oregon Pay Equity Act requirements and Metro’s internal equity review process, the appointment will likely be made between Step 1 $76,835.20 to the equity range Step 4 $89,024.00
