The Camden Coalition is a multidisciplinary, community-based nonprofit working to improve care for people with complex health and social needs in the city of Camden, New Jersey, and across the country. We develop and test care management models and redesign service systems in partnership with consumers, community members, health systems, community-based organizations, government agencies, payers, and more, with the goal of achieving person-centered, equitable care. The Field Building and Resources (FBAR) department operates the National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs (National Center) and works with partners across the country to identify, codify, and support the adoption of best practices in care delivery and cross sector collaboration in service of individuals with complex health and social needs.
The Camden Coalition is recruiting a program manager within the FBAR Department to support the CalAIM - Collaborative Planning and Implementation project teams and other technical assistance consulting engagements. The Program Manager will support the planning and implementation of department-led projects and technical assistance contracts aimed at advancing care for individuals with complex health and social needs. In this capacity, the Program Manager will coordinate various aspects of project activities, including communications across partners and partnering organizations and developing tools and resources for project design and implementation. The Program Manager will establish effective working relationships with interdisciplinary operational and leadership teams across partner and client organizations.
The Program Manager will also support the development of field-facing content, including publications, and tools and resources. In this capacity, the Program Manager will perform research and writing to meet technical assistance client needs in collaboration with external stakeholders and internal staff, to identify and develop priority resources for national dissemination. Preference is given to a candidate who has experience with programs serving people with complex health and social needs in a healthcare, social service, public health, or similar setting. The candidate must demonstrate skills in research, writing, and developing project plans with minimal supervision. The Program Manager reports to the Director of Technical Assistance.

Experience, Education, and Licensure
Experience: 2+ years of experience in program management, administration or consulting. Experience in healthcare, social service, public health, or similar setting preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
