    Description

    The Choice is partnering with a respected healthcare association focused on advancing cardiovascular health to hire a Member Recruitment Associate on a contract basis from January 6, 2025 to April 4, 2025. This is a hybrid role with two days in the office per week. This position will support the organization’s member services team by handling administrative tasks, assisting with customer service inquiries, and maintaining member account accuracy in preparation for the association’s annual meeting at the end of March.

    The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

    • Salesforce CRM or other CRM experience with proficiency in navigating and managing records in the system.
    • Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of accurate and thorough data entry.
    • The ability to learn new platforms quickly, troubleshoot issues independently, and adapt to new technologies.
    • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with experience handling inquiries via email and phone professionally and efficiently.
    • A self-starter mindset, able to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
    • A calm and composed demeanor under pressure, maintaining professionalism in fast-paced environments.
    • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create and manage customer inquiry cases within Salesforce CRM, documenting the support provided.
    • Complete administrative tasks related to the creation and maintenance of member accounts.
    • Support systems and procedures for tracking the status and actions of member accounts to ensure data integrity.
    • Provide outstanding customer support by responding to calls and emails from prospective members.
    • Assist users with inquiries and resolve application-related issues efficiently and professionally.
    • Collaborate with the member services team to address application support needs.

    Salary: $21-23/hr
