How do I post anonymous or blind job listings?

Looking to keep your candidate search confidential? The anonymous posting feature allows you to post your listing while keeping certain information about your organization private!

Your organization name and logo will be hidden on the search results page and listing details page. The listing will not be displayed on your organization’s public profile either. 

The ability to post anonymous job listings requires activation by the Idealist Community Support Team. Just Contact Us or email Support@idealist.org to request that we enable the anonymous posting feature for your organization. Once enabled, you’ll have the option to check “Post this job anonymously” when creating your listing.
