    Under the direct of the Energy and Water Efficiency Manager, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst provides support in the development and implementation of policies, programs, and activities statewide to improve energy and water efficiency and reduce the environmental impact of Caltrans buildings and operations. The analyst is responsible for benchmarking the Department's water and energy usage, tracking and reporting the Department's scope 1 and scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions, researching greenhouse gas reduction strategies, and incorporating sustainability into Caltrans business practices. Provides support to districts and divisions on energy efficiency, demand response, utility usage, and water efficiency.
