Minimum Qualifications:
Education, Experience and Training:
Education and experience equivalent to an Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in a job related field of study. One (1) year job related experience.
Special Requirements/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Skilled in the use of standard software applications. Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, and establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, departments and the general public. Knowledge of safety standards. Must obtain First Aid/CPR Certification within 90 days of hire. Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s License, with a good driving record and reliable transportation. Will be required to provide a copy of 10-year driving history. Must maintain a good driving record and remain in compliance with Article II, Subdivision II of Chapter 90 of the Dallas County Code. May be subject to work weekends.
Physical/Environmental Requirements:
Must be able to work in varying conditions, surroundings and weather conditions. Requires prolonged kneeling, standing, walking, twisting, climbing and the ability to lift and carry in excess of 50 lbs., assisted.
