Our services include finance, recruitment, entity setup, due diligence, ops audit, and systems implementation.     Key responsibilities

    As an Operations Specialist, you will support our entity setup and ops audit services. Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Project managing the registration of new nonprofits
    • Supporting project leads in exiting fiscal sponsorship arrangements
    • Setting up critical operational infrastructure to get projects off the ground
    • Advising on compliance and governance aspects of managing a nonprofit
    • Coordinating operational audits
    • Reviewing nonprofit operational infrastructure and identifying areas for improvement
    • Advising on policies and processes for operationally efficient nonprofit management

    About you

    You’ll need to have:

    • 3+ years of operations experience in the nonprofit sector (either in the UK or the US)
    • Experience managing multinational projects related to the setup of nonprofits, fiscal sponsorship spinouts, or operational audits

    You’ll also likely have:

    • Experience with compliance and governance: You excel at ensuring nonprofits meet their legal and regulatory obligations.
    • Experience with working in diverse team environments: You’re comfortable collaborating with international teams and adapting to various cultural and professional contexts.
    • An operations mindset: You’re good at identifying issues, prioritizing, generating solutions, and efficiently implementing new ideas.
    • Strong attention to detail: You identify and correct small errors to ensure precision and accuracy in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
    • A love of systems: You enjoy building systems that run exceptionally smoothly, and have promising ideas for improving existing processes.
    • Strong communication skills: You’re personable and able to communicate professionally and clearly with various stakeholders and clients, both in writing and verbally.
    • Comfort owning projects: You’re comfortable managing tasks and you thrive in an autonomous work environment.
    • An intrinsic motivation to have a positive impact with your career.

    Your starting salary range is £48,000 to £57,500, depending on prior experience and location. There may be flexibility in salary for exceptional candidates with significant experience.
