This work can be done from anywhere in the world and we actively encourage our team to travel and explore. While this role is focused on the US market, our small team spans 15 time zones!
This is a performance focused position so the number of hours you work in a given week isn't as important as what you get done. Daily, weekly, and monthly schedules are not fixed. Figure out what works for you to get the job done and, as long as you're available for team and client meetings, you're largely free to set your own schedule.
This role comes with a base salary that’s fair and competitive, but that’s just the starting line. If you perform at a high level, if you help us grow, build relationships, and bring in aligned clients, you’ll earn more.
There’s no ceiling here. No bureaucracy holding you back.
