    • Provide admin and tech support on client meetings and retreats, including taking notes.
    • Facilitate portions of internal team meetings, client meetings, retreats, and/or breakout groups, with support.

    • Develop initial drafts and/or outlines of client deliverables.
    • Effectively incorporate feedback from the project lead, other internal team members, and clients in development of iterative drafts.
    • Assist in formatting and design of final deliverables.

    Research Support (20%)

    • Support data collection, analysis (e.g., interview analysis and coding), and synthesis of quantitative and qualitative data.
    • Conduct desk research and draft research findings on a variety of topics, including client markets, landscapes, and field-specific trends.

    Internal and Administrative Support (20%)

    • Complete internal administrative tasks (e.g., emails/slack, timekeeping, expenses, scheduling, and travel coordination).
    • Participate in internal activities (i.e., full team meetings, peer learning communities, culture-building activities, and regular check-ins with your supervisor).
    • Engage in individual and team-wide professional development/learning opportunities.
    • Support business development processes, including drafting proposals, coordinating with prospective clients, and representing Third Plateau in meetings with prospective clients.
