As our Director of Development, you will play a major role in growing and diversifying our revenue, ensuring we have the resources to expand our impact. Your role is extremely hands-on: you will execute strategies to build meaningful relationships with high-net-worth donors, foundations, and institutional partners who believe in the power of fearless journalism. Your work will support investigative stories that create global awareness and drive social change on issues ranging from human rights and education to health and economic equity.

Compensation
The salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$140,000 benchmarked against DC/NYC cost of living. Actual salary from this range will be based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications as well as their geographic location.
