About Collectively
WHO WE ARE
Led by Molly Rodau, Collectively is a holistic change management, leadership development, and coaching practice. We partner with cross-sector clients to help them identify core adaptive, strategic and structural challenges, and design the right interventions to create lasting, values-aligned change.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
At Collectively, we are driven by four core beliefs:
- We believe that leadership is a skill that is developed and honed through self-exploration, experiential practice, network weaving and experimentation;
- We believe that we learn best when we ground ourselves in purpose with mindfulness and clarity;
- We believe in the transformational power of community - that it's on each of us to raise each other with kindness, humility, curiosity and empathy; that it's on each of us to hold ourselves & our people accountable to the mistakes we make, to the harm we cause, to the joy we generate, to the possibilities we hold; and
- We believe that individual evolution is key to collective progress.
Working from these core beliefs, we help individuals, teams, organizations and movements hone their visions for change and learn how to exercise leadership more strategically and with greater impact. We work with leaders, both seasoned and emerging, from many different fields who come to Collectively with a desire to increase their capacity to collaborate across differences, build culture and community, and make progress on shared challenges.
