    Description

    A. Marie Consultants (AMC) seeks to hire a part-time Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will work directly with the CEO in managing and advancing AMC’s growth and development opportunities. This role will serve as a key member of the team. He/she will be responsible for:

    Providing Administrative Assistance Including:

      • General office and clerical tasks
      • Creating and maintaining comprehensive Excel spreadsheets
      • Proofreading/editing correspondence
      • Research new business development opportunities
      • Coordinating travel arrangements
      • Creating invoices
      • Scheduling meetings
      • Placing business related phone calls
      • Conducting research on prospective grant funding opportunities
      • Running errands
      • Providing research and content drafting for grant proposals
      • Other administrative duties as assigned

    Education/Experience:

      • Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, Psychology or a related area.
      • A minimum of two years' experience in an administrative role.
      • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
      • Strong research skills and knowledge of information sources.
      • Multi-tasking, organizational and time management skills.
      • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
