    Qualifications

    We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with relevant work experience and a commitment to applying their talents for good. For this role, at least 5–7 years of experience in a project management role at a branding, social impact or strategic communications organization is required.

    Our offices are in Brooklyn, NY, and the candidate will be expected to work in-person Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with Mondays and Fridays remote. Salary is commensurate with experience.

    • Experience with production management is a plus, but not required
    • Have a bachelor’s degree; a focus in business, marketing, advertising, communications, journalism, international relations, public health, sustainability, education, anthropology and related fields is a plus, but not required

    Responsibilities

    • Project Management + Quality Assurance
      • Strong organizational, note taking and time management abilities
      • Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools (e.g., Asana, Teamwork, Calendly)
      • Budget management and cost tracking
      • Proactive, self-directed mindset with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
    • Branding Knowledge and Fluency
      • Understanding of brand strategy and creative processes
      • Awareness of trends in branding and design
    • Interpersonal and Leadership Skills
      • Strong communication and presentation abilities
      • Team leadership and motivation
      • Creative problem solving
    • Business Development
      • Identify opportunities for client engagement and/or extension
      • Support with business development, including proposal development
