    ABOUT

    THE POSITION

    We are seeking a talented, self-motivated and highly organized individual with a

    passion for details to join the team. The Executive Assistant to the President plays

    a key role in helping the organization function at its highest level. The position

    entails significant scheduling, time on the phone, writing, research, and data

    management, and requires a customer service-oriented, flexible and extremely

    smart candidate. In addition to work in the office, the Executive Assistant to

    the President will also be responsible for personal event planning and support, This includes, but is not limited to, personal travel, parties, events, and whatever the President needs.

    SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

    o Answering all calls to the President;

    o Scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements;

    o Managing multiple calendars;

    o Preparing expense reports;

    o Preparing database lists;

    o Working extensively with excel charts;

    o Running errands; and

    o Other responsibilities as assigned.

    The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills, obsessive attention to

    detail, strong writing and research skills, professional judgment, flexibility,

    and the ability to handle multiple projects in an extremely fast-paced

    environment. With the coming election year, the ideal candidate will be able to work

    long hours, be adept at handling changing schedules, and working in a fast paced

    environment.
