    Description

    As a Growth Manager at ResultsLab, you will play a crucial role in taking ResultsLab to the next level of growth by identifying new Nonprofit and Grantmaker partners. ResultsLab works with organizations to strengthen data practices and build a culture of learning that embraces data to drive program quality, stronger outcomes, and greater impact. You will report directly to the VP of Marketing and Business Partnerships and will work closely with the Impact Services team.

    Location: ResultsLab is based in Denver, Colorado, and is a fully remote organization with consultants across the nation and globally. We are seeking candidates in the Northwest region, specifically in Washington, that are passionate about driving meaningful change the social sector and have connections and strong understanding of priorities within philanthropic, government and nonprofits.

    OPPORTUNITY

    ResultsLab seeks a Growth Manager who has an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for strengthening the social sector to better serve our communities. This role will be focused on the following activities:

    Identify new nonprofit, philanthropic, and government grantmaking partners

    • Cultivate relationships and build advocacy with leaders in the social sector
    • Speak to key strategic priorities for communities and explore ways to deepen impact
    • Drive conversations with key stakeholders and explore ways to partner
    • Respond to nonprofits or philanthropic leaders who would like to learn more about our services
    • Leverage your network to drive awareness and visibility for ResultsLab services
    • Build a network of strong partners and advocates

    The Growth Manager’s responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    • Participate in outbound lead generation efforts and actions aligned with marketing campaigns
    • Conduct outreach to targeted prospects and following up on leads
    • Manage inbound lead flow and pipeline management of leads and opportunities in CRM
    • Qualify leads through discovery calls and emails to continually enhance pipeline value
    • Collaborate with the marketing program for follow-up on all events
    • Manage the end-to-end business development cycle from qualification to proposal to closure, achieving company goals
    • Demonstrate strong communication and follow-up skills, both written and verbal, and fostering a team-player mentality

    CORE QUALIFICATIONS

    • Strategic mindset with the ability to understand ResultsLab’s vision for the sector and skillset to make this vision a reality
    • Competitive in nature with a love to win
    • High energy that will thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
    • Ability to navigate challenges that come with a growth stage company with a solution-driven approach
    • Self-starter with 5-7 years of experience in a position securing driving strategic conversation with executive leadership, achieving growth goals, and deepening partnerships
    • Experience and network connecting and collaborating with Grantmakers and Nonprofits
    • Ability to listen and be a thought partner to find ways to meet potential new customer needs
    • Strong follow-up to drive new partnerships by managing leads, qualifying needs, building a list, and cultivating a pipeline
    • Comfortable being an independent contributor in a remote work environment
    • Strong communicator that can manage many projects across several priorities
    • Skills in CRM and Microsoft Office. HubSpot and LinkedIn Navigator experience preferred
    • Professionalism, drive to achieve goals, and commitment to team success
