About Amplify Georgia Collaborative
We are a collaborative of reproductive justice organizations and allies strategizing and implementing collective, bold, abortion-out-loud campaigns grounded in reproductive justice and rooted in the South.
We organize to protect and expand abortion access in Georgia by identifying local and state-level opportunities for policy advocacy, culture shift work, education, and base mobilization. The Amplify Georgia Collaborative envisions a state where ALL people can make decisions around their bodies, their families, and their communities, free from stigma, shame, and violence.
The Amplify Georgia Collaborative is fiscally sponsored by NEO Philanthropy, with an annual budget of approximately $1 million and six full-time staff members.

Compensation and Work Environment
Our fixed salary range for this position is $110,00 - $120,000. The top of the range indicates a candidate who has performed a comparable role for 3-5 years and can carry out most of these duties with minimal supervision.
This position offers a full benefits package, including 100% medical coverage for the employee and 90% medical coverage for dependents; 100% coverage for vision, dental, life/AD&D, and long-term disability. We also offer a 401K retirement savings plan, Healthcare Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA), Medical FSA, Dependent Care FSA, commuter benefits, Employee Assistance Program, other supplemental benefits, and paid time off plus holiday office closures.
Vaccine Requirement
The Amplify Georgia Collaborative is a fiscally sponsored project by NEO Philanthropy, a 501(c)(3) public charity that operates grantmaking, technical assistance, and strategic planning programs for institutional and individual donors interested in civic engagement, social justice, and human rights issues. NEO follows CDC guidance regarding staying up to date with COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters. Accordingly, and to ensure the wellness and safety of our staff to the greatest extent possible, NEO requires the COVID-19 vaccination and boosters for all staff. Requests for medical and/or religious exemptions from the vaccination requirement will be considered on an individual basis.
Location and Remote Work
The Amplify team is based in Atlanta but we mostly work remotely from our homes/ individual workspaces, with semi-regular in-person events and meetings. (Each employee has access to funding for a work laptop and also office furniture, equipment, and supplies, as needed.) The person in this role will work remotely, but must be based in the state of Georgia. Candidates not currently living in Georgia must be willing to relocate. Amplify Georgia will provide a relocation stipend of up to $1000 to ease the transition of relocation for a selected candidate needing to relocate.
