    Description

    We are seeking an experienced Digital Fundraising Associate to work with nonprofit clients seeking to raise more money and fire-up constituent engagement. In this role, you will help guide organizations in building strong brands and implementing impactful fundraising campaigns. You will bring strategic thinking and hands-on expertise to help clients leverage digital tools and achieve measurable results.

    Responsibilities:

    • Client Collaboration: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, goals, and target audiences.
    • Branding Expertise: Provide guidance on brand development, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency and impact.
    • Campaign Design & Execution: Design and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including:
    • Social Media Marketing: Content creation, community engagement, social listening, and paid social advertising.
    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): On-page and off-page optimization to improve organic search visibility.
    • Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Develop and manage paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Google Grants Ads Campaigns).
    • Email Marketing: Create engaging email campaigns, e-newsletters, manage email lists, and analyze performance.
    • Text Marketing: Develop and implement SMS campaigns for targeted outreach and engagement.
    • Marketing Automation: Utilize marketing automation platforms to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
    • Content Creation: Develop compelling and informative content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
    • Analytics: Wield data for segmentation and personalization. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including new donor acquisition, donor retention, and total giving.
    • Reporting: provide regular reports to clients on campaign performance and ROI.
    • Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to clients on digital marketing best practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on the social sector (nonprofits, K-12 schools, healthcare).
    • Strong understanding of branding principles and campaign development.
    • Hands-on experience with social media platforms, SEO/SEM tools, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation software.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Passion for making a difference in the social sector.

    Bonus Points:

    Experience with specific marketing automation platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

    Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or other relevant digital marketing areas.
