Over the past 30 years, the Bonner Group has developed and executed successful fundraising programs for a wide variety of clients including major non-profit organizations, Presidential campaigns, House, Senate and Gubernatorial campaigns, ballot initiatives, capital campaigns, and '527' organizations.

    JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a talented, self-motivated, and highly organized individual with a passion for details to join the team. The Scheduler/Operations Director plays a pivotal role in managing and coordinating complex schedules while overseeing daily operations. The ideal candidate excels at multitasking, thrives in fast-paced and demanding environments, and demonstrates reliability with exceptional communication skills. This role requires a high degree of discretion and professionalism, with the ability to interact confidently and effectively with senior leadership, consultants, executives, and high-level clients, as well as staff.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Create, manage, and maintain multiple complex and dynamic schedules for senior staff and leaders, consultants, executives, and high-level clients;
    • Coordinate meetings, events, and all travel arrangements, ensuring all parties are well-informed and provided with necessary briefing materials;
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all scheduling matters, facilitating clear and effective communication. Offer recommendations to resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize efficiency;
    • Prepare detailed itineraries and agendas to support seamless operations and ensure alignment across all parties.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Dependable: Arrives to work on time, responds promptly, takes initiative in carrying out assignments without specific instructions, but seeks guidance and escalates issues to supervisor as appropriate, and solicits feedback to improve performance; Able to work in person five days a week;
    • Adaptable: Able to adapt to changes in the work environment on a day-to-day basis, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to manage relationships with multiple professionals in the office;
    • Personable and Professional: Strong communicator who works well with colleagues at various levels, including senior leadership, able to handle confidential information with discretion;
    • Organized: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage competing pressing priorities with high attention to detail;
    • Team player: Able to build strong working relationships, is approachable and willing to help others;
    • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred;
    • Experience: 3-5 years of related experience.
