    ABOUT THE ROLE

    Associations International (AI) is an association management company based in Lexington, KY, who partners with non-profit trade and career associations. Our job is to help those non-profits meet their mission and grow their membership through the work of our talented, dedicated team.

    Our client partner, the International Coaching Federation (ICF), is seeking a Research Manager to join the Member and Industry Research team. The Research Manager assists in managing ICF’s member research and supports the development of research strategies to gain insights into member behavior, needs and satisfaction. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across all ICF’s family organizations and departments to develop surveys, analysis and reports within the research agenda. The Research Manager will report to the Director of Member and Industry Research.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage master schedule for member surveys for the ICF ecosystem
    • Design and create survey content tailored to the needs of the ICF ecosystem
    • Create charts, graphs, slide decks and reports to support data analysis and interpretation
    • Develop (design and content) of surveys within the ICF ecosystem
    • Program, test and deliver surveys using the ICF online survey platform (Qualtrics) within the ICF ecosystem
    • Develop charts, graphs and reports that assist with the analysis and interpretation of data
    • Review open-ended survey feedback provided in all supported languages, assign thematic codes and quantify the results for meaningful analysis
    • Establish and maintain accurate project timelines
    • Maintain administrative oversight for Qualtrics licenses and participate in relevant training opportunities as needed
    • Propose ideas for continual improvement of the quality and efficiency of Research operations
    • Other duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

    • Undergraduate degree and a minimum of one year experience demonstrating the ability to set priorities, take initiative and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
    • Committed to continuous learning and development
    • Proven ability to work individually on projects and collaboratively within teams, effectively managing diverse cross-functional groups
    • Demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior
    • Maintain a mindset of continuous improvement and creative problem-prevention and problem-solving
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
    • Excellent verbal and written communications
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and related software
    • Strong project management skills
    • Proficiency with online survey platforms (e.g. Qualtrics, Verint, Survey Monkey, etc.)
