    We are seeking highly motivated MEAL/Evaluation Associate to join ARSIC as external Associates. In this remote, assignment-based role, you will:

      • Support ongoing applications and contribute to the development of new tenders.
      • Deliver high-quality MEAL services for diverse global projects.
      • Develop organizational, programmatic, and project-specific MEAL systems (a strong plus).

    Key Responsibilities

      • Develop and implement MEAL frameworks, tools, and strategies tailored to project objectives.
      • Design and conduct evaluations, including baseline, midline, and endline assessments.
      • Support proposal writing and contribute to securing new tenders with tailored MEAL approaches.
      • Collect, analyze, and report qualitative and quantitative data to assess project performance.
      • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accountability and learning.
      • Provide capacity-strengthening sessions on MEAL for partners and clients.

    Required Qualifications

    Education:

      • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social sciences, development studies, statistics, or a related field.

    Experience:

      • Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEAL or evaluation, preferably in a national or international context.

    Skills:

      • Proficiency in MEAL tools and software (e.g., KoboToolbox, SPSS, NVivo, or similar).
      • Strong analytical and reporting skills with keen attention to detail.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (additional languages are a plus).
      • Familiarity with global evaluation and MEAL frameworks and methods (e.g., OECD-DAC, Outcome Harvesting).

    Other Requirements:

      • Ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural environment.
      • Flexibility to adapt to varying project needs and timelines.
