    Description

Are you passionate about helping nonprofits and local government service providers improve their operations? Join NewOrg, a leading software solution designed exclusively for small to mid-sized nonprofit organizations and local government agencies. We’re looking for a dynamic Implementation/Support Specialist to play a key role in ensuring our partners succeed.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support Partners: You’ll be the go-to expert for our existing partners, handling everything from straightforward support tickets to more complex issues. Your goal is to help them maximize their use of NewOrg, ensuring they can track the outcomes that matter most to their organizations.

    • Strong Communicator: You’ll translate complex software capabilities into real-world solutions for our partners.
    • Organizational Pro: Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and keep everything running smoothly.
    • Independent Thinker: You’ll need to take in large amounts of information, tailor it to meet each partner’s needs, and work autonomously to deliver results.
    • Collaborator: Work closely with NewOrg’s internal teams, including leadership, to ensure our partners receive top-tier service.

If you’re ready to make a real impact by helping organizations streamline their operations and achieve their goals, we’d love to hear from you!
